# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds pork belly, patted dry, cut in 1-inch pieces.
02 - 3 tablespoons canola oil.
03 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
06 - 1 teaspoon pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
02 - Mix oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
03 - Toss pork belly pieces in the seasoning mixture.
04 - Place pork belly pieces in a single layer in the air fryer.
05 - Cook for 18–20 minutes, shaking the basket and flipping pieces during cooking.
06 - Serve warm.
