Wash potatoes well and cut into 1/2 cm thick rounds. Put slices in water as you cut them.

Drain water from slices. Pat them completely dry using paper towels or a clean kitchen towel.

Mix dried potato slices with olive oil, garlic, herbs and salt in a bowl until evenly coated.

Put slices in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 390°F for 18 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.

Check if slices are golden and crispy. Cook 2 more minutes if needed. Serve hot.
