Air Fryer Potato Slices (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Large potatoes, 4.
02 - Olive oil, 1 tablespoon.
03 - Garlic granules, 1 teaspoon.
04 - Dried mixed herbs, 1 teaspoon.
05 - Salt, 1/2 teaspoon.

# Instructions:

01 - Wash potatoes well and cut into 1/2 cm thick rounds. Put slices in water as you cut them.
02 - Drain water from slices. Pat them completely dry using paper towels or a clean kitchen towel.
03 - Mix dried potato slices with olive oil, garlic, herbs and salt in a bowl until evenly coated.
04 - Put slices in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 390°F for 18 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
05 - Check if slices are golden and crispy. Cook 2 more minutes if needed. Serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Soaking removes starch for better crispiness.
02 - Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket.
