Rinse potatoes and scrub clean. Dry well with paper towels.

Pierce potatoes with fork. Rub with oil and sprinkle with sea salt to coat entire surface.

Air fry at 400°F for 30 minutes, working in batches if needed.

Test with fork - should slide in easily. If not, cook additional 5 minutes until tender.

Cut slit in top, press edges to open, fluff inside with fork. Add toppings and serve hot.
