Grab a 1-quart baking dish and lightly butter it. Dump in your Minute Rice, milk, sugar, butter, salt, vanilla, nutmeg, and raisins. Give everything a good stir until it's all mixed up.

Heat your oven to 350°F. Pop your dish in and let it bake for a full hour. After the first 15 minutes, open the oven and give the pudding a quick stir.

Once the hour is up, take the pudding out and give it one more good stir. While it's still hot, sprinkle some cinnamon over the top.

You can eat your rice pudding warm right away or let it cool and then chill it in the fridge. The pudding will get thicker as it sits.
