Honey Bacon Goat Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Bacon strips, cooked crispy and crumbled, 6 slices.
02 - Fresh goat cheese, softened, 11 ounces.
03 - Green onions, thinly sliced, 3.
04 - Hot honey, for drizzling.
05 - Fresh ground black pepper, to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Leave goat cheese at room temperature for 20-30 minutes until slightly softened.
02 - Put softened goat cheese in food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping sides as needed.
03 - Spread whipped cheese on serving plate or bowl.
04 - Drizzle with hot honey, sprinkle with bacon and green onions. Finish with fresh black pepper.

# Notes:

01 - Can be made ahead - wait to add toppings until serving.
02 - Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
03 - Great as both a dip or spread.
