Honey Bacon Goat Cheese

# Ingredients:

Bacon strips, cooked crispy and crumbled, 6 slices.

Fresh goat cheese, softened, 11 ounces.
03 -
Green onions, thinly sliced, 3.

Hot honey, for drizzling.

Fresh ground black pepper, to taste.
# Instructions:

Leave goat cheese at room temperature for 20-30 minutes until slightly softened.

Put softened goat cheese in food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping sides as needed.

Spread whipped cheese on serving plate or bowl.
04 -
Drizzle with hot honey, sprinkle with bacon and green onions. Finish with fresh black pepper.

Can be made ahead - wait to add toppings until serving.

Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
