Warm Brie Wrapped in Puff Pastry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8-12 oz wheel brie cheese.
02 - 1-2 tablespoons honey.
03 - 1-2 tablespoons fig preserves.
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme.
05 - 1 sheet puff pastry.
06 - 4-8 slices prosciutto.
07 - 1 egg, beaten.
08 - Coarse sugar for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F. Place brie on pastry, score top.
02 - Add fig preserves, honey, thyme and pepper. Wrap with prosciutto.
03 - Fold pastry over brie, seal edges.
04 - Brush with egg, sprinkle sugar. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden.

01 - Serve warm with bread or crackers.
02 - Best baked just before serving.
