# What You'll Gather:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 8-10 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

→ For the Marinade and Sauce

03 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
04 - 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
05 - 1 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste for spice level)
06 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
07 - 1 tsp soy sauce
08 - 1 garlic clove, minced
09 - 1 tbsp honey
10 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
11 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ For Garnish

12 - Chopped green onions
13 - Sesame seeds

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, and sesame oil until smooth. Set aside about 1/4 of this mixture to use later as a dipping sauce.
02 - Add the chicken pieces to the remaining sauce and toss until all pieces are well coated. Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, though 1-2 hours will give you more flavor.
03 - While the chicken marinates, soak your wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning. When ready to cook, thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers.
04 - Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Place the chicken skewers on the grill and cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked through (reaches 165°F) and has some nice char marks.
05 - Transfer the hot skewers to a serving plate. Drizzle with the reserved bang bang sauce, then sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve right away while still hot!

# Important Tips:

01 - Adjust the sriracha amount to make it as mild or spicy as you like.
02 - For extra flavor, sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
03 - These skewers pair well with rice or grilled vegetables for a complete meal.
