08 - ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
09 - 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
10 - 1 tablespoon honey
11 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
12 - 2 garlic cloves, minced

→ For the Pasta

13 - 8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
14 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
15 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
16 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
17 - ¼ cup chopped green onions
18 - Red pepper flakes (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Then, coat the shrimp in cornstarch, shaking off any excess. This will help them get perfectly crispy!
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, fry the shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Place them on paper towels to drain.
03 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook your pasta until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Don't forget to save ½ cup of pasta water before draining!
04 - Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic. This sauce is the star of the show - feel free to adjust the spiciness to your taste!
05 - Sauté garlic in olive oil, add the pasta, and toss with the Bang Bang sauce. Fold in the crispy shrimp, and finish with Parmesan cheese, green onions, and optional red pepper flakes. Serve hot with lime wedges!

# Notes:

01 - This recipe can be customized with sautéed vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini
02 - For a vegetarian version, try substituting shrimp with crispy tofu
03 - The sauce can be made milder or spicier by adjusting the amount of Sriracha
