Knock You Naked Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
03 - 1 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1 cup butter, softened.
05 - 3/4 cup sugar.
06 - 3/4 cup packed brown sugar.
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
08 - 2 eggs.
09 - 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips.
10 - 5 oz evaporated milk.
11 - 14 oz caramels.
12 - 1/2 cup peanut butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F.
02 - Grease 9x13 inch pan.
03 - Mix flour, baking soda, salt.
04 - Beat butter, sugars, vanilla until creamy.
05 - Add eggs one at a time, beating well.
06 - Mix in flour mixture gradually.
07 - Stir in chocolate chips.
08 - Spread half of the dough in the pan.
09 - Bake for 8-10 minutes.
10 - Meanwhile, melt caramels and milk in double boiler.
11 - Add peanut butter to melted caramel.
12 - Spread caramel mixture over baked base.
13 - Drop remaining dough by spoonfuls on top.
14 - Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.

# Notes:

01 - Use double boiler for smooth caramel.
02 - Make sure bottom layer is sturdy before adding caramel.
03 - Can be frozen up to 3 months.
