# Ingredients:

→ Meat & Base

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
03 - 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles (Rotel)
04 - 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste

→ Seasonings

05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ Pasta & Dairy

09 - 12 ounces egg noodles
10 - 1 cup sour cream
11 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 - 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
13 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven heated to 350°F and grease up a 9x13 baking dish.
02 - Brown your ground beef in a skillet until it's nicely crumbled. Drain off the extra fat.
03 - Stir in all your tomatoes, paste, and seasonings with the beef. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes to get all those flavors mingling.
04 - Cook those egg noodles until they're just right, then drain and toss them with sour cream until they're all coated.
05 - Spread your creamy noodles in the baking dish, top with your meat sauce, then shower it with all that cheese.
06 - Pop it in the oven for 20-25 minutes until it's hot and bubbly with golden cheese on top. Let it rest for 5 minutes before digging in.

# Notes:

01 - Want extra creamy noodles? Save a splash of pasta water to mix with the sour cream.
02 - For deeper flavor, let the meat sauce simmer longer, up to 30 minutes or more.
