Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Line the bottom of the baking dish with biscuit dough, pressing down firmly.

Evenly spread the hash browns on top of the biscuits.

In a frying pan, cook and crumble the sausage until browned. Drain excess grease. Spread the sausage evenly over the hash browns.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk together, season with salt and pepper. Pour over the sausage layer.

Make gravy according to package instructions, and pour over everything. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes. If the top starts to brown too quickly, cover with foil.

Allow the casserole to stand for 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
