Heat oven to 375°F. Grease a springform pan.

Whisk flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl. Cut cold butter into small cubes, mix into dry ingredients until crumbly. Add egg, mix until dough is crumbly. Press dough evenly into prepared pan.

Spread blueberries in an even layer over crust. Mix sour cream, sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla until smooth. Pour cream mixture over blueberries.

Bake for 60 minutes until edges are light brown. Cool completely before removing from pan. Loosen edges with knife before serving.
