# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups all-purpose flour.
02 - ½ cup sugar.
03 - 1½ teaspoons baking powder.
04 - ½ cup butter.
05 - 1 egg.
06 - 4 cups fresh blueberries.
07 - 2 cups sour cream.
08 - ½ cup white sugar.
09 - 2 egg yolks.
10 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Grease a springform pan.
02 - Whisk flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl. Cut cold butter into small cubes, mix into dry ingredients until crumbly. Add egg, mix until dough is crumbly. Press dough evenly into prepared pan.
03 - Spread blueberries in an even layer over crust. Mix sour cream, sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla until smooth. Pour cream mixture over blueberries.
04 - Bake for 60 minutes until edges are light brown. Cool completely before removing from pan. Loosen edges with knife before serving.
