# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/4 cup bread crumbs
03 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
10 - 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
11 - 2 cups beef broth
12 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
13 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined, then form the mixture into four oval patties.
02 - Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook them for 5-6 minutes on each side or until they're browned. Remove the patties and set them aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and sauté them for 3-4 minutes until they're soft.
04 - Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and stir to combine. Gradually add the beef broth while stirring to prevent lumps from forming. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
05 - Return the patties to the skillet, cover, and let them simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
06 - Serve the patties topped with the mushroom gravy and garnish with fresh parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Pair with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables
02 - For a healthier version, substitute lean ground beef or turkey
