Breakfast Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Eggs (4).
02 - Red bell pepper, finely diced (2 tablespoons).
03 - Milk (1 tablespoon).
04 - Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon).
05 - Crescent dough sheets (2 8-ounce cans).
06 - Whipped chive and onion cream cheese (1/3 cup).
07 - Ground breakfast sausage, cooked (8 ounces).
08 - Bacon, cooked and crumbled (4 slices).
09 - Shredded cheddar cheese (1 1/2 cups).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x13 pan.
02 - Whisk eggs with pepper, milk and bell pepper. Scramble and let cool.
03 - Unroll dough sheets and pinch edges together to make one rectangle.
04 - Spread cream cheese, then top with eggs, sausage, bacon and cheese.
05 - Roll dough tightly and cut into 12 slices.
06 - Place rolls in pan and bake 24-26 minutes until golden.

# Notes:

01 - Can use pizza dough instead of crescent sheets.
02 - Let fillings cool before adding to dough.
03 - Can use pre-cooked meats to save time.
