Sweet Chewy Bubblegum Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup bubblegum-flavored syrup
02 - 1 cup marshmallow fluff
03 - 2 cups powdered sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - Pink food coloring (optional, just a few drops)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the marshmallow fluff and bubblegum syrup. Stir them together until they're well blended and the mixture looks smooth and fluffy.
02 - Add the powdered sugar to your mixture about half a cup at a time. Keep mixing until everything comes together into a thick, workable dough that's not too sticky.
03 - Stir in the vanilla extract to enhance the flavor. If you want your treats to have that classic bubblegum pink color, add a drop or two of pink food coloring and mix until the color is even throughout.
04 - Line a small baking dish or container with parchment paper. Spread your bubblegum mixture evenly in the dish, pressing it down firmly. Pop it in the fridge for about an hour, or until it's firm enough to slice.
05 - Once chilled, lift the whole slab out using the parchment paper. Place it on a cutting board and slice into bars or squares. Your sweet, cloud-like bubblegum treats are ready to enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - The pink food coloring is completely optional. The treats will taste the same with or without it, but the color does add to the bubblegum experience.
02 - These are very sweet treats that capture the fun flavor of bubblegum in a slice you can actually eat and swallow!
03 - Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, with parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.
