In a large mixing bowl, combine the marshmallow fluff and bubblegum syrup. Stir them together until they're well blended and the mixture looks smooth and fluffy.

Add the powdered sugar to your mixture about half a cup at a time. Keep mixing until everything comes together into a thick, workable dough that's not too sticky.

Stir in the vanilla extract to enhance the flavor. If you want your treats to have that classic bubblegum pink color, add a drop or two of pink food coloring and mix until the color is even throughout.

Line a small baking dish or container with parchment paper. Spread your bubblegum mixture evenly in the dish, pressing it down firmly. Pop it in the fridge for about an hour, or until it's firm enough to slice.

Once chilled, lift the whole slab out using the parchment paper. Place it on a cutting board and slice into bars or squares. Your sweet, cloud-like bubblegum treats are ready to enjoy!
