Preheat oven to 375°F and coat baking sheet with cooking spray.

Halve each biscuit crosswise with serrated knife and place on prepared baking sheet.

Place a cheese cube in center of each biscuit half, wrap dough around cheese and seal edges.

Place sealed biscuits seam-side down on baking sheet, 2 inches apart.

Melt butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush most on biscuits, reserve 1 tablespoon.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese over buttered biscuits.

Bake 10 minutes until lightly browned.

Brush with remaining garlic butter, sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
