01 - 1 large head of cauliflower
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

04 - 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
02 - Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into 1-inch-thick slices to create "steaks."
03 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cauliflower steaks on it. Drizzle olive oil over the steaks, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
04 - Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the steaks. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
05 - Add mozzarella cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
06 - Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
