Cheesy Pocket Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef.
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning.
03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
04 - 1/2 cup salsa.
05 - 2 tablespoons melted butter.
06 - 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
07 - 12 (6-inch) tortillas.

# Instructions:

01 - Brown ground beef in skillet, drain grease.
02 - Mix in taco seasoning as directed on packet.
03 - Beat cream cheese until smooth and mix salsa into cream cheese.
04 - Lay tortilla flat, spread cream cheese mixture in center, add beef and cheddar cheese, then fold tortilla into pocket shape.
05 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
06 - Place pockets on greased baking tray and brush tops with melted butter.
07 - Bake for 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
