                Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking up the meat with a spoon. Drain excess fat if necessary.

                Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until the onion turns soft and translucent.

                Stir in uncooked pasta, beef broth, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

                Bring the contents to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta absorbs most of the liquid and is just tender.

                Fold in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir over low heat until the cheese melts and the mixture becomes creamy, about 2 to 3 minutes.

                Remove from heat. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
