# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
03 - 1/4 cup milk
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
10 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (additional for garnish)

→ For the Filling

11 - 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

→ For the Glaze

12 - 1/2 cup ketchup
13 - 1 tablespoon mustard

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
03 - Flatten a portion of the mixture, add cheddar cheese in the center, and form into a ball. Repeat for remaining mixture.
04 - Mix ketchup and mustard in a small bowl. Brush mixture over meatloaf bites.
05 - Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and tops are caramelized.
06 - Garnish with additional chopped parsley. Serve hot as an appetizer or with sides for a main course.
