Chicken with Boursin Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs).
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter.
03 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
04 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
05 - 5.2 oz Boursin cheese with garlic and herbs.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional).
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and optional paprika.
02 - Cook chicken in hot oil 4-5 minutes per side until golden. Remove from skillet.
03 - Add broth to deglaze pan. Add cream and Boursin, stir until smooth.
04 - Return chicken to pan, simmer 8-10 minutes until cooked to 165°F. Garnish with parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Can add spinach or mushrooms to sauce.
02 - Chicken thighs can be used instead.
03 - Keeps for 3 days in refrigerator.
