Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
02 - 2 slices sourdough bread.
03 - 1/4 avocado, sliced.
04 - 2 ounces smoked chicken breast, sliced.
05 - 3 Peppadew peppers, sliced.
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro.
07 - 1 slice Chao creamy original cheese.
08 - 1-2 tablespoons chipotle sauce.
09 - 1 tablespoon chipotle adobo sauce.
10 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
11 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
12 - 1 clove garlic, minced.
13 - 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix chipotle adobo sauce, mayo, lemon juice, garlic and salt until smooth.
02 - Brush bread slices with oil on outside. Layer ingredients starting with cheese.
03 - Grill sandwich on medium-high heat until golden brown and cheese melts.
04 - Flip and cook other side until toasted. Cut in half and serve.
