Chipotle Ranch Chicken Burrito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 large flour tortillas (10-inch).
02 - 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped (about 4 cups).
03 - 1 1/4 cups diced tomatoes (about 1 large beefsteak tomato).
04 - 16 ounces grilled chicken breast strips.
05 - 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - 3 ounces crunchy tortilla strips.
07 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing.
08 - 1/2 cup Taco Bell Chipotle Sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Shred cheese if needed, chop lettuce into thin strips, dice tomatoes. Have all ingredients ready before assembly.
02 - On each tortilla, add 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup chicken, 1 tablespoon each of chipotle and ranch sauce, 1/2 cup lettuce, 2 tablespoons tomatoes, 1/3 cup tortilla strips.
03 - Fold in sides of tortilla over filling, then roll up tightly from bottom to top.
04 - Cook burrito in medium-hot skillet, turning until golden and crispy on all sides.

# Notes:

01 - Can use Mexican blend or Colby jack cheese.
02 - Crushed tortilla chips can replace strips.
03 - Best served fresh and hot.
