Shred cheese if needed, chop lettuce into thin strips, dice tomatoes. Have all ingredients ready before assembly.

On each tortilla, add 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup chicken, 1 tablespoon each of chipotle and ranch sauce, 1/2 cup lettuce, 2 tablespoons tomatoes, 1/3 cup tortilla strips.

Fold in sides of tortilla over filling, then roll up tightly from bottom to top.

Cook burrito in medium-hot skillet, turning until golden and crispy on all sides.
