Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.

Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.

Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

Mix in dry ingredients until just combined.

Refrigerate dough at least 1 hour.

Roll into balls, make indent, add marshmallow fluff and swirl.
