Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - All-purpose flour (2 cups).
02 - Unsweetened cocoa powder (3/4 cup).
03 - Baking soda (1/2 teaspoon).
04 - Salt (1/4 teaspoon).
05 - Unsalted butter, room temp (1 cup).
06 - Granulated sugar (1 1/2 cups).
07 - Large eggs, room temp (2).
08 - Vanilla extract (2 teaspoons).
09 - Marshmallow fluff (1 cup).

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
02 - Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
03 - Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
04 - Mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
05 - Refrigerate dough at least 1 hour.
06 - Roll into balls, make indent, add marshmallow fluff and swirl.
07 - Cook at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Can use melted marshmallows instead of fluff.
02 - Rotate pans halfway through baking.
03 - Dough can be frozen for later.
