Cinnamon Applesauce Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Unsweetened applesauce, 1 1/4 cups.
02 - White sugar, 3/4 cup.
03 - Vegetable oil, 1/2 cup.
04 - Fresh eggs, 2 large.
05 - Regular milk, 3 tablespoons.
06 - All-purpose flour, 2 cups.
07 - Baking soda, 1 teaspoon.
08 - Baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon.
09 - Ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon.
10 - Ground nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon.
11 - Pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 teaspoon.
12 - Salt, 1/4 teaspoon.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Take a 9x5 loaf pan and coat it with butter or oil spray.
02 - Take a bowl and mix your applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs, and milk until smooth.
03 - Put in your flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt. Mix just enough to combine everything - don't overmix.
04 - Pour your mixture into the pan. For a large loaf, bake about 60 minutes. If using mini pans, bake for 30 minutes.
05 - Stick a toothpick in the middle - when it comes out clean, your bread's ready. Let it cool a bit before cutting.

# Notes:

01 - This bread stays fresh for 3 days at room temperature if wrapped well.
02 - You can use any type of applesauce - sweetened or unsweetened works fine.
