Crack Chicken Stuffed Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 pounds Russet potatoes.
02 - 1 pound chicken breast.
03 - 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning.
04 - 4 ounces cream cheese.
05 - 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.
06 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Add chicken, ranch seasoning and cream cheese to slow cooker. Cook HIGH 3 hours or LOW 5 hours.
02 - Shred chicken, stir in bacon and cheese.
03 - Bake at 425°F for 45-60 minutes or microwave 7 minutes.
04 - Split potatoes, fluff inside. Fill with chicken mix.
05 - Top with cheese and bacon. Broil 5 minutes until melted.

02 - Can use leftover chicken.
