Crack Chicken Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound chicken tenders.
02 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
04 - 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
07 - 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F.
02 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
03 - Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
04 - Coat each chicken tender in the mayo mixture.
05 - Roll coated tenders in crushed Ritz crackers.
06 - Place tenders on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
07 - Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
08 - Check that internal temperature reaches 165°F.
09 - Let cool slightly before serving.

01 - You can use Greek yogurt or sour cream instead of mayonnaise.
02 - For gluten-free version, swap Ritz crackers with gluten-free crackers.
