Creamy Chicken Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Boneless skinless chicken breasts, 4 pieces.
02 - Cream cheese, softened, 8 ounces.
03 - Chicken broth, 1 cup.
04 - Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon.
05 - Onion powder, 1 teaspoon.
06 - Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon.
07 - Olive oil, 1 tablespoon.
08 - Parmesan cheese, grated, 1/2 cup.
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped, 1/4 cup (optional).
10 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
02 - Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
03 - Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Move to baking dish.
04 - Using the same skillet, mix chicken broth and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in Parmesan and let simmer 2-3 minutes.
05 - Pour sauce over chicken in baking dish. Bake 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F inside.
