# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packages Pillsbury Grands cinnamon rolls (5 count).
02 - 2 Honeycrisp apples, peeled and diced.
03 - 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced.
04 - 1/3 cup brown sugar, for filling.
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, for filling.
06 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
07 - 1/4 cup butter, melted, for filling.
08 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 3 tablespoons water.
09 - 5 tablespoons butter, partially melted, for streusel.
10 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, for streusel.
11 - 1/2 cup brown sugar, for streusel.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, for streusel.
13 - 1/4 cup melted butter, for icing.
14 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
15 - 2 tablespoons milk.
16 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
17 - 1/2-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, for icing.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease muffin tin with butter. Press cinnamon rolls into cups, creating cavities for filling.
02 - Mix diced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, melted butter, and cornstarch slurry. Microwave until thickened and apples soften.
03 - Combine melted butter, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon until mixture forms large crumbs.
04 - Fill cinnamon roll cups with strained apple mixture, then top with streusel.
05 - Cover with foil and bake 5 minutes, then uncover and bake 10 more minutes, rotating pan halfway.
06 - Whisk together melted butter, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
07 - Cool rolls 5-10 minutes, then drizzle with icing.

01 - Use large cinnamon rolls, not the small variety.
02 - Strain excess apple syrup before filling.
03 - Avoid too much dough at bottom of muffin cups.
