Creamy Chicken Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz whole wheat pasta.
02 - 1 pound chicken breast, bite-sized.
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
04 - 3 cloves minced garlic.
05 - 1 cup ricotta cheese.
06 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan.
07 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
08 - 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional).
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
11 - 2 cups spinach or kale.
12 - Fresh basil or parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup water before draining.
02 - Cook seasoned chicken in oil until golden, 6-8 minutes.
03 - Cook garlic, add cheeses, broth, cream and seasonings. Stir until smooth.
04 - Add chicken and pasta to sauce. Add pasta water if needed. Stir in greens until wilted.

# Notes:

01 - Can use pasta water to thin sauce.
02 - Heavy cream optional for extra richness.
03 - Works with any leafy greens.
