Chicken Tortilla Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Cooked chicken, shredded into small pieces, 2 cups.
02 - Fresh cream cheese, softened at room temperature, 8 ounces.
03 - Fresh sour cream, 1/2 cup.
04 - Sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded, 1 cup.
05 - Red bell pepper, diced small, 1/2 cup.
06 - Green onions, finely sliced, 1/2 cup.
07 - Sweet corn kernels, 1/2 cup.
08 - Garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon.
09 - Onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon.
10 - Ground cumin, 1/4 teaspoon.
11 - Salt and black pepper to taste.
12 - Large flour tortillas, 4 pieces.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend softened cream cheese with sour cream in a bowl until smooth. Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
02 - Mix in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, diced peppers, green onions and corn. Stir until everything is well combined.
03 - Spread filling evenly on each tortilla, leaving a border around the edges for rolling.
04 - Roll each tortilla tightly, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
05 - Cut chilled rolls into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve cold.
