Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

If using, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
