Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seafood

01 - 4 lobster tails, fresh or thawed if frozen

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
06 - 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

→ Seasonings & Garnish

07 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
08 - Salt and black pepper to taste
09 - Lemon wedges for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the broiler. Cut down the middle of each lobster shell with kitchen shears. Lift the meat up and lay it on top of the shell. Season with salt and pepper.
02 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add cream, lemon juice, and gradually stir in Parmesan until sauce thickens.
03 - Put lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush with sauce. Broil 8-10 minutes until meat is opaque, basting halfway through with more sauce.
04 - Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Watch closely while broiling to prevent overcooking - lobster should be firm but tender
02 - Use fresh garlic and real Parmesan for the best flavor
03 - Don't skip basting - it keeps the lobster moist and flavorful
