Heat oil in large pot over medium heat.

Cook sausage until browned (5-7 minutes).

Remove sausage, set aside.

Cook onion and garlic until soft (2-3 minutes).

Add broth and tomatoes, bring to simmer.

Return sausage to pot.

Add seasonings, simmer 10 minutes.

Add spinach, cook 2-3 minutes.

Reduce heat to low. Slowly stir in cream and Parmesan.

Cook 2-3 minutes until creamy.
