One-Pot Beef & Tomato Pasta (Print Version)

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 onion, diced
03 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
05 - 2 cups beef broth
06 - 1 pound pasta (penne or rigatoni)
07 - 1 cup heavy cream
08 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - Fresh basil for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
02 - Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
03 - Pour in crushed tomatoes and beef broth, stir well.
04 - Add pasta, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer. Cook until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
05 - Stir in cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
06 - Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Add the cream near the end of cooking to prevent curdling.
02 - Stir often to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
03 - Save some pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
