Set your oven to 450°F and let it heat up fully.

Cook the ground beef in a pan until brown. Stir in your taco seasoning and enchilada sauce. Let it bubble then take it off the heat.

Get your tortillas soft by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and warming them up for about a minute.

Brush oil on one side of each tortilla. Put it oil-side down, add cheese, meat, and more cheese on half, then fold it over.

Put your filled tacos on a baking sheet. Make sure they're not touching. Bake them for 16 minutes until they're crispy.

Let the tacos sit for 3 minutes before you eat them. They'll be crispier this way.
