                Blend chicken with seasonings and 1 egg until paste-like.

                Form into nuggets with wet hands, freeze 15 minutes.

                Mix water, egg, seasonings, flour for batter. Put cornstarch in separate bowl.

                Dip in cornstarch, then wet batter.
