Crispy Hot Honey Feta Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup honey (110g).
02 - 1 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce.
03 - 3/4 teaspoon chilli flakes.
04 - 2 chicken breasts (250g/9oz each).
05 - 2 teaspoons paprika.
06 - 1 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
12 - 1/4 cup plain flour (35g).
13 - 2 eggs, beaten.
14 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (65g).
15 - 6-8 tablespoons vegetable oil.
16 - 7oz feta cheese, crumbled (200g).

# Instructions:

01 - Mix honey, hot sauce and chilli flakes. Warm briefly, then cool.
02 - Slice chicken breasts horizontally to make 4 pieces. Mix all seasonings.
03 - Prepare three dishes: flour with half seasoning, beaten eggs, and panko with remaining seasoning.
04 - Dredge chicken through flour, egg, then panko, ensuring thorough coating.
05 - Fry in hot oil 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
06 - Top with feta, grill until golden. Drizzle with hot honey before serving.
