                Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside to cool a bit.

                In a shallow bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. Put the flour in a third bowl.

                Take each tortellini piece and dip it first in flour, then the beaten egg, and finally coat it in the breadcrumb mixture. Set aside on a plate as you finish each one.

                Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the tortellini in batches and fry for 2-3 minutes per side until they're golden brown and crispy.

                Transfer the fried tortellini to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt while still hot and garnish with chopped parsley.

                Serve immediately with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
