Curried Cauliflower (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large cauliflower head, in florets.
02 - 2-3 tablespoons avocado oil.
03 - 1 teaspoon sea salt.
04 - 1 tablespoon curry powder.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup.
06 - Optional: cilantro, almonds, tahini.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 450°F. Cut cauliflower into even florets.
02 - Toss with 1 tablespoon oil, salt, curry powder, maple syrup.
03 - Heat remaining oil in skillet. Sear cauliflower 5 minutes until golden.
04 - Transfer to oven for 10-15 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes until crispy.
05 - Add optional garnishes. Serve immediately.

01 - Keeps 4 days refrigerated.
02 - Not freezer friendly.
