Easy Beef Teriyaki (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ pounds flank steak.
02 - ¼ cup cornstarch.
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
04 - ⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce.
05 - 1 cup water.
06 - 2 tablespoons light brown sugar.
07 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar.
08 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced.
10 - 2 teaspoons garlic, minced.
11 - 3 tablespoons honey.
12 - 3 tablespoons cornstarch.
13 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
14 - 3 green onions, chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice flank steak thinly against grain.
02 - Coat beef slices with cornstarch in ziplock bag.
03 - Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef 3-4 minutes per side until brown. Remove beef to plate.
04 - Mix sauce ingredients in bowl until smooth.
05 - Reduce heat to medium. Pour sauce into pan. Simmer 2-3 minutes until thickened.
06 - Return beef to pan, coat with sauce.
07 - Top with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.
