                Line 8x8 pan with foil or parchment, spray with cooking spray.

                Heat butter and condensed milk over medium-low, stirring frequently.

                Stir in chocolate chips until melted.

                Pour into pan, spread evenly. Chill overnight.

                Remove with foil, cut into squares. Wipe knife between cuts.
