# Instructions:

Toss in your minced garlic and grated ginger - let them do their thing for about a minute until your kitchen smells amazing. Now pour in your broth of choice, soy sauce, and if you're using it, the rice vinegar. Let everything hang out and simmer for 5-10 minutes to get the flavors mingling.
02 - Drop those potstickers right into your simmering broth - they'll need about 5-7 minutes to heat through. If you're using mushrooms or greens, toss them in during the last few minutes. They don't need long!
03 - Here's where you make it your own - taste the broth and add salt and pepper until it's just right. Want some heat? Go ahead and add that chili oil. Then take it off the heat.
04 - Grab your favorite bowls and fill them up with a nice mix of broth, potstickers, and all those veggies. Finish with a sprinkle of green onions and maybe an extra drizzle of sesame oil if you're feeling fancy.
