Red Lobster Shrimp Scampi (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound large shrimp, shelled and cleaned.
02 - 2 tablespoons good olive oil.
03 - 4 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped.
04 - 1/4 cup butter, unsalted.
05 - 1/4 cup dry white wine.
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
08 - Sea salt and black pepper.
09 - 1/4 cup fresh Parmesan, grated.
10 - 2 tablespoons parsley, freshly chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil in large pan over medium heat. Cook shrimp until pink, about 2 minutes each side. Set aside.
02 - Melt butter in pan. Cook garlic until golden, about 1 minute.
03 - Pour wine and lemon juice into pan. Add pepper flakes. Let sauce simmer and thicken for 3 minutes.
04 - Return shrimp to pan, coat with sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
05 - Top with Parmesan and parsley. Serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Best served over pasta like linguine.
02 - Can use chicken broth instead of wine.
03 - Keeps in fridge up to 2 days.
