Surf and Turf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 filet mignon steaks (1 1/2 inches thick).
02 - 8-10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined.
03 - 1 cup chopped lobster meat.
04 - 1 cup heavy cream.
05 - 4 tablespoons butter.
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
07 - 1/2 cup white wine (optional).
08 - Fresh parsley, chopped.
09 - Salt and black pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Season filets with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-high. Sear steaks 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove steaks and let rest.
02 - Add remaining butter and garlic to the same skillet. Cook until garlic is fragrant. Add shrimp and lobster. Cook 3-4 minutes until shrimp turn pink. Remove seafood and set aside.
03 - Deglaze pan with wine if using. Add heavy cream. Simmer 5-6 minutes until thickened. Return seafood to sauce and heat through.
04 - Place steaks on plates. Top with seafood cream sauce. Garnish with parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Let steaks rest to retain juices.
02 - Add wine or broth if sauce gets too thick.
03 - Steaks should reach 135°F for medium-rare.
04 - Best served immediately.
