Place a cookie sheet in the oven and preheat to 375°F. Let pie crust thaw 10-20 minutes. Prick bottom and sides with fork. Bake on cookie sheet 9-11 minutes until light golden.

Beat cream cheese spread until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in chopped shrimp and pepper Jack cheese.

Pour filling into pre-baked crust. Place on cookie sheet and bake 30-35 minutes until center is set and top is lightly golden.

Let pie stand 15 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
