Creamy Florida Shrimp Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1 Pillsbury™ Deep Dish Pie Crust, thawed

→ Filling

02 - 1/2 cup chive-and-onion cream cheese spread
03 - 4 large eggs
04 - 12 ounces frozen cooked shrimp, thawed, chopped, tail-off
05 - 1/2 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Place a cookie sheet in the oven and preheat to 375°F. Let pie crust thaw 10-20 minutes. Prick bottom and sides with fork. Bake on cookie sheet 9-11 minutes until light golden.
02 - Beat cream cheese spread until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in chopped shrimp and pepper Jack cheese.
03 - Pour filling into pre-baked crust. Place on cookie sheet and bake 30-35 minutes until center is set and top is lightly golden.
04 - Let pie stand 15 minutes before slicing and serving warm.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure shrimp are well drained to prevent a watery filling
02 - Can be served as a main dish or cut into smaller portions for appetizers
