Combine flour, sugar, yeast and salt.

Whisk warm milk, butter and vanilla.

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Knead 8-10 minutes until smooth.

Let rise 1.5 hours until doubled.

Roll dough 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 2-inch squares.

Fry in 360°F oil 1-2 minutes per side until golden. Dust with sugar.
