Vanilla French Beignets (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 2 teaspoons active dry yeast.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1 cup warm milk.
06 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted.
07 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
08 - Vegetable oil for frying.
09 - Powdered sugar for dusting.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine flour, sugar, yeast and salt.
02 - Whisk warm milk, butter and vanilla.
03 - Combine wet and dry ingredients. Knead 8-10 minutes until smooth.
04 - Let rise 1.5 hours until doubled.
05 - Roll dough 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 2-inch squares.
06 - Fry in 360°F oil 1-2 minutes per side until golden. Dust with sugar.
