Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed, 2.
02 - Butter, 3 tablespoons.
03 - Fresh garlic cloves, minced, 4.
04 - Paprika, 1 teaspoon.
05 - Salt and black pepper to taste.
06 - Heavy cream, 1 cup.
07 - Parmesan cheese, freshly grated, 1/2 cup.
08 - Pasta of choice, 8 ounces.
09 - Olive oil, 1 tablespoon.
10 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat oil and cook seasoned chicken cubes 6-8 minutes until golden. Add butter and garlic, cook 1-2 minutes more.
03 - Take chicken out of pan and set aside.
04 - Add remaining butter, cream, and Parmesan to pan. Stir until thickened, 3-4 minutes.
05 - Toss pasta with sauce, top with chicken and garnish with parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Can add pasta water to thin sauce if needed.
02 - Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
03 - Can add vegetables like spinach or broccoli.
