# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz linguine
02 - 1 lb sirloin steak
03 - 2 tbsp butter
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced

→ For the Sauce

05 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
06 - 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated

→ Seasonings

07 - 1 tsp black pepper
08 - 1/2 tsp salt
09 - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the linguine in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove the steak from the skillet, let rest, and slice thinly.
03 - In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Add heavy cream, Parmesan, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir well and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
05 - Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat the noodles in the creamy sauce.
06 - Plate the noodles and top with the sliced steak. Serve immediately while warm.

01 - For extra flavor, add some fresh chopped parsley or basil on top.
02 - Use a different pasta shape like fettuccine or spaghetti if you prefer.
