Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound fresh ground beef.
02 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded.
03 - 1/2 cup soft cream cheese.
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
06 - Salt and black pepper to taste.
07 - 16 ounces refrigerated biscuits.
08 - 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan.
09 - 2 tablespoons melted butter.
10 - Fresh chopped parsley for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 375°F and put parchment paper on a baking sheet.
02 - Brown your ground beef in a pan until it's no longer pink. Pour off any extra fat.
03 - Put garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in with the beef. Stir in both cheeses until everything's mixed well.
04 - Take each biscuit and flatten it into a circle. Put some of the beef mix in the middle, then fold and pinch the edges closed tight.
05 - Mix the melted butter with grated parmesan and brush it over each bomb.
06 - Put them on your baking sheet and cook for about 12-15 minutes until they turn golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Add cayenne or pepper flakes for extra heat.
02 - Works with turkey or chicken instead of beef.
03 - Keeps in the fridge for 3 days.
04 - Can be frozen unbaked for 3 months.
